This starts with the selection of products we add to our portfolio. Only high quality products with stable prices and thus the possibility to offer our dealers good, consistent margins find their way into our catalog.
Good warehousing enables us to ship products that are ordered by the dealer before 3pm, usually on the same day.

In addition, we can be reached by phone or e-mail five days a week with any questions, concerns or problems in order to get everything resolved as quickly as possible. We hope that our dealers feel well looked after by us and we always have an open ear for criticism or suggestions. From the very beginning, we have decided to work with specialized dealers and, for historical reasons, to deliberately refrain from working with wholesalers.
